- गोवंश हत्याबंदी कानून In Letter and Spirit लागू हो| एक मनुष्य पर एक गोवंश का लक्ष्य रखकर प्रयास हो|
- “गोमाता का निर्देश पत्र” का प्रभावी परिणामकारी क्रिन्यावयन हो| इस हेतु गोसंरक्षण मंत्रालय बने|
- गंगा जी की अविरलता, निर्मलता के लिए प्राकृतिक प्रवाह सुनिश्चित किया जाय| 70% पानी प्रवाह मे रहे और गंगाजी की बाढ़ के उच्चतम स्तर के दोनो तरफ एक- एक कि.मी. जमीन गंगाजी की जमीन मानी जाय, रेवेन्यू रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज की जाय|
- प्रकृति विध्वंस या प्रकृति को नुकसान पहुंचाने पर कड़े दंड की व्यवस्था हो| संरक्षण पर वैसे ही प्रोत्साहन भी मिले|
- जमीन, जंगल के स्वामित्व के अधिकार की पुनर्समीक्षा हो| प्रकृति के अनुकूल कानून बने|
- जल संरक्षण के लिये जखनी जल ग्राम, लापोड़िया गाँव, धुले जिले के सुरेश खानापुरकर सरीखें प्रयोगों के प्रयास को अपने-2 क्षेत्र की स्थिति को समझकर अपनाया जाय|
- कृषि, मिश्रित फसली, बहुफसली हो| पालेकर कृषि पद्धति, उनकी ही पंचस्तरीय बागवानी पद्धति, बुंदेलखंड की आवर्तनशील कृषि पद्धति आदि प्रयोगों के प्रकाश में प्राकृतिक खेती की तरफ बढाव हो| एतदर्थ नीतियाँ भी, व्यवस्था भी अपनाई जाय| अग्निहोत्र पर जोर दिया जाय|
- वनाच्छादन और बागवानी को विशेष प्राथमिकता मिले| एतदर्थ वनवासी क्षेत्र के लोगों को इसके लिये विशेष दायित्व मिले| वे दायित्व भी संभाले, लाभार्थी भी वे ही रहें ऐसा कानूनी जामा पहनाया जाय| 1) Cow slaughter laws to be implemented in letter and spirit . The aim should be to work to have one cow per person in the country . 2) Effective implementation of Gomata’s instructions letter to be carried out . For this , a separate ministry of conservation ( ie cow protection ) to be created . 3) To ensure the natural continuous flow of water in Ganga ji , and to maintain it clean , 70 ‘/, water should always remain in the flow and 1 – 1 Km of land on either side of the highest flood level markings of Ganga ji should be considered as Ganga ji’s land , and it should be recorded in the revenue records. 4) there should be stringent punishment for the destruction or damage of the nature . Similarly , there should be incentives for conservation of nature. 5) The rules regarding the rights to own land and forest should be reviewed . Wherever necessary , laws which are in consonance with the nature are to be enacted .
6) For the conservation of water , the efforts and experiments of Suresh Khanapurkar of Zakhani jalgram , Lapodia village , Dhule district , should be understood and adopted by people in other regions , depending upon the situations in their respective areas .
7) Let agriculture include – mixed harvests and Multi crops . In the light of experiments like – Palekar agriculture system , b their own five stage gardening system , rotational farming system of Bundelkhand, etc ., increase towards natural farming should be encouraged . Even ad hoc policies and arrangements should also be adopted . Agnihotra to be emphasised as it purifies the air in that area . It is now scientifically also proved .
8) increasing forest cover and gardening should get special priority . The people of the region should be given responsibility for this . The people who take such responsibilities should be taken care of and they should be the beneficiaries .
